      Picked up a set for $20 today off of an Escalade. Gonna have to Fab up new mounting bracket, wiring, and longer plug wires... yay

          No a DET in my mind wouldn't do much with this turbo. I finally got the ls-2 truck coils in and drove them to 4.5ms and still getting blowout. I'm going to back the boost down to 19-20lbs. Swap in the 4.08 gear set I have for the q45 diff and just roll with it from there.

            4.5ms is too high, the most I ever did was 4.0ms with ls2 coil packs.

              After speaking to haltech they said the ls2 trucks so long as they are OEM are good well into 5ms

                  Btw, ls2 truck coils auto fire when pushed hard. I would not go over the roughly 3-3.5 Msec oem dwell.
