  • Cosworth V10 F1 engines

Here is an interesting article on the development and details of Cosworth's V10 F1 engines

    http://www.racecar-engineering.com/a...f1-engine.html

They were running at 125% VE at redline!

Lots of good info and cutaway pictures.

Racecar Engineering is my favorite magazine ever.

That was an interesting article. I have to agree, Racecar Engineering is one of my favorite automotive magazines out there.

That was a really good article! Its cool to see the pnumatic valve return cutaway as well. I bought a back issue of Race Engine Technology for an article about the Ford WRC Turbo Surge Tank they used in 03 for 3 events but there is also a really good article about the Hart V10 and compound valve angles. There seems to be a lot more in depth info in RET than in either RCE or RaceTech. Its also twice the price.
