  • New Generation Turbo results (EFR/G-series/Xona)

Hi all, just thought it would be cool to have a place to post numbers and experiences with the latest generation of turbo tech. I feel like a lot of these go undocumented or spread throughout build threads, which makes them hard to find.

Feel free to post dynos and experiences with EFR's, G-series, Xona, or whatever new turbo tech hits the market. I'll have my 6258 results up soon.

Here's a g25-550 dyno, in addition to the ones on Zilvia.

I am still debating the g25-550 or 660.

Thanks! I'm going to put the details here and host the images since FB is terribly unreliable at keeping things around. As a side note, I've yet to see a 660 make more power than a 550... kinda weird.

9:1 C.R., Jim Wolf Technology C1 cams and valve springs, 1100cc EV14 style injectors, Z32 MAF, Garret G25-550 turbo with .62 A/R on a Mazworx turbo manifold and Tial 44mm W/G. Running 22 psi on E85.

Pulled from the "turbo upgrade" thread.

Mazworx says they didn't have an SR with a 660 dyno to share.

I have yet to see one in my searching which is part of the reason I want one. For science! And it's the same footprint as the 550 so an easy swap if I change my mind.

And here is Scores240's stock block KA on a .83 G30-660.

I still can't find anyone who's dyno'd an EFR 8474, G30-770, or G30-900 on a SR20VE yet, lol. I think mazworx has put together an engine with a G30-770, but last I heard, the customer doesn't have it running yet.
