  • z32 upright seat

I have a z32 upright that I'm planning on using. I think this is what I need and just want to confirm that before I make the order.

    Thanks!

Yes, you need these steel seats for the balljoints if your uprights didn't come with any.

if you're looking for an upgrade, there's a japanese company that makes some that are thicker, effectively (though minimally) lowering the ball joint and fixing the roll center. i'll see if i can find some info about it. they're more expensive than the OEM ones but a cheaper than new ball joints or arms.

i think the company is moonface racing, but i can't get to their site at the moment. mynismo.com has their other stuff, but not the spacers i'm thinking of. they might be able to get them though.

it seems they were already discussed here. see post 57.

As far as I can tell, that's just one right? So you need two of that P/N in the order.

I'm glad you posted this, because I will be putting together a Bilstein / sleeved / Z32 upright suspension setup when I find another joerb.

Yeah, it is just for one as far as I can tell. So two will need to be added into cart.

Interesting, the price is for the pair correct? I would love to have something for the front so that I can go lower.

                i would imagine.

i don't know if you could really do anything like that up front since there's no insert. but you could possibly make a spacer to fit in the ball joint seat.
