Will a 350z/g35 front sway bar bolt on to an S-Chasis?

I would expect not, It may be adaptable but "bolt on" it assuredly is not.

Here you go def. Its barried in this thread. I'll try to look through it later. I don't really care to register, but if someone has a nico account they can search it.

He doesn't mention the Z33/V35 sway until page 10 BTW.

I read this thread a while back, and saw some "facts" that I didn't quite agree with. Whether they are just some internet mechanic (mis)information that one of us has wrong or what, IDK. His build and thread is still interesting.

I'm planning on putting a Z33 front swaybar on a S14 for the simple fact that the middle of the bar jogs out to clear the VQ35DE better than the S14 bar.

Going off of memory the S14 and Z33 bars are very close in overall width and the endlinks end up close to the same spot. I need to reconfirm this and can post pictures with measurements later.

The main thing needed to adapt it is the swaybar bushings brackets. The S14's are too small and the Z33's are a weird multi height setup that don't work in the S14.

I'm planning on getting some aftermarket bushings/brackets and adapting them to the factory S14 mounting location.

                    Stay tuned.

IMO the z-33 sway is too thick for an s-chasis car, even an s-14. BTW the s-13 and s-14 front and rear sways are pretty much exactly the same dimensionally so if the z-33 can be made to fit an s-14 it can also be made to fit an s-13. I plan on running an s-14 front sway on my s-13 with either no rear sway or the stock 15mm s-13 rear sway.

Anyone got some pictures of the z33 bar?

                        What's the diameter?

I can't find the stock sway bar size, most aftermarket ones are 34-36mm

Sure "looks" close to me. I am interested to see how big the stock sway bar is.

Quick question somewhat related, is the s13 stock 25mm sway solid, and is the S14 sway hollow? What's the weight difference between the two?

Google search didn't turn up much on the stock 350z bar, but I found this page:
