Air bag removal

I have removed air bags from other cars, but just wondering if anyone has done this on their S14. Some cars you just pull the SRS fuse, others you simply discon the neg battery cable- and remove away.

Any tricks to the 240?

Get a Torx T-50 tamper proof bit so you can take the airbag off. Get one now from McMaster, they are almost impossible to find locally.

I should have that, gota go check in my work toolbox- been locked up for a while in storage.

Harbor reight is hard to beat sometimes, but i dont usually use their stuff for more precision peices- easy to strip- things that need to fit WELL, and be strong.

Hex (allens), torx, and such are a little risky sometimes.
