    I thought this would be pretty interesting to share. It was on grasroots motorsports magazine website but no longer in the archives:

    Basics:

    1992 240SX SE Hatchback, original "HICAS Sport Package" model
    Engine:
    Freshly rebuilt (<1000 mile) Nissan S13 KA24DE engine. Bored .020" over with all new OEM pistons, rings, bearings, etc.
    Unorthodox Racing crank pulley
    Exhaust side-
    Full-Race stainless twin-scroll exhaust manifold
    Garrett dual bb GT3071R with .78A/R twin-scroll turbine
    All stainless braided lines for coolant and oil routing
    Tial 44mm wastegate, 2" dump tube under car
    All the hottest stuff has Swaintech "White Lightning" ceramic coating
    Stainless test pipe (stock cat available)
    Buddy Club Spec 2 exhaust
    Intake side-
    eXcessive Motorsports intake manifold (8lbs. lighter than stock, removes all emissions ports)
    Custom 2.25" stainless piping from turbo to intercooler, 2.5" aluminum from intercooler to throttle body
    Tial 50mm BOV
    Spearco 2-252 liquid/air intercooler - fed ice water from sealed container located inside passenger compartment
    Mangagement-
    AEM EMS
    MAP conversion with 3.5bar sensor
    AEM IAT sensor
    AEM boost control solenoid
    AEM UEGO wideband o2 sensor
    Tuned by Shawn Church in Torrance, CA. Tune is presently set for 109 octane unleaded.
    Ignition-
    Crane HI-6 Ignition-booster
    Crane PS-92
    Fuel System-
    AMS Fuel system, including aluminum fuel rail, 84lb. injectors, Mitsu resistor pack, Walbro 255lph pump, "relay mod" for fuel pump wiring, Earl's fuel filter, stainless -AN lines throughout

    Drivetrain:
    Competition Clutch "Stage 6" twin-disc 7.5" diamteter flywheel/clutch/pp system
    ATS Carbon 1.5-way limited slip differential

    Chassis/suspension:
    Suspension-
    Koni aluminum double-adjustable high-pressure monotube 2817 front struts, 2812 rear shocks. Freshly rebuilt and revalved by ProPartsUSA for Street Modified in winter 06.
    Tein front camber plates and rear pillowball mounts
    Hypercoil hydraulic spring perches top and bottom at all four corners
    Currently running 750 lb/in front, 500 lb/in rear springs - many other rates available for tuning
    SPLParts fron T/C Rods
    Powdercoated factory front lower control arms with Whiteline urethane bushings
    Largus tubular adjustable front sway bar
    SPC adjustable rubber-bushed rear upper control arms
    Notched and powdercoated factory rear lower control arms with Whiteline urethane bushings
    SPC "Pipe" adjustable rear sway bar (smaller and lighter than stock HICAS rear bar)
    Rear HICAS rack removed, replaced with SPLParts Pro HICAS eliminator kit.
    Rear subframe has SPLParts solid aluminum bushings and is powdercoated silver
    Powdercoated knuckles front and rear
    New wheel bearings and ball joints throughout

    Brakes-
    Stock brake system with Porterfield R4S pads. Functional ABS.

    Body-
    Front fenders cut and flared with RaceOnUSA carbon flares for additional wheel clearance
    Rear quarters cut and re-joined, also covered in RaceOnUSA carbon flares

    Wheels and tires:
    Complete Custom Wheel (CCW) "Track Classics"-
    18x11" front (approx. 20 pounds), 18x12.5" rear (approx. 22 pounds)
    285/30-18 front, 315/30-18 rear Hoosier A6 tires, still lots of life left
    ARP 75mm 1/2" diameter wheel studs

    Interior:
    Cobra Suzuka driver's seat
    Momo Race steering wheel
    Momo e-brake handle
    Techno Toy Tuning 75mm steering wheel spacer
    Nismo shift knob
    Custom designed and fabricated gauge panel with-
    AEM UEGO AFR gauge with sensor controller
    AEM 19-channel serial datastream multifunction gauge
    Mechanical oil pressure gauge
    Switches for-
    FAL-210 dual electrical cooling fans
    Spearco liquid/air intercooler pump
    wastegate power on/off
    Switches labeled for anti-lag and traction control functions and wired into EMS, but not activated
    Odyessy PC680 battery, relocated to rear

    Exterior
    Original red paint
    RaceOnUSA fiberglass vented hood (a little bit hacked, stock hood also available)

    Data Management
    Race Technology DL-1 data acquisition system with 5hz GPS
    Besides basic accelerometer and GPS data, also tied in to AFR, IAT, MAP, Coolant temp, throttle position sensor, vehicle speed sensor, knock sensor, tach

    Instrumental in optimizing driver performance in timed events
    Spares available if desired
    Complete KA24DE longblock on a stand
    KA24DE transmission
